Secretary Awery to transmit to you, to be laid before Secretary Sir Austen Chamberlain, the accompanying sopies of four despatones from the Governor of Hong Kong on the subject of the action of strike pickets at Canton.
2. I am to imite attention to paragraphs 5-8 of Sir C. Clementi's Secret despatch (2) of the 23rd July, 1926, and to say that Ir. Amery would be glad to receive Sår kusten Chamberlain's observations on the suggestions made therein for taking immediate action in connection with outrages by strike pickets
