With reference to the latter from this Office
of the 1st of March last, on the subject of the develop-
ment of the Hong Kong Harbour, I am directed by Kr.
Secretary Amery to transmit to you, for the information
of the Imperial Shipping Committee, the accompanying
copy of a despatch (with enclosures) from the Governor
of the Caleny dated the 10th of August,
