of July I am directed by Mr Secretary amery to
transmit to you, for the information of the Board of
Education the accompanying copies of telegraphic
correspondence with the Governor of Hong Kong and of
a letter which is being addressed to Mr F.H.J. Trayes
in regard to his selection for appointment as Lecturer
and Tutor in English in the University of Hong Kong -
