original of a Memorandum of agreement relating to the insurance of parcel post between liongkong and Canada
which has been received from the Governor of Hongkong.
Three copies of the Agreement are also
enclosed for communication, should Secretary Sir Austen
Chamberlain see no objection, to the League of Nations.
