according to our best information Borodin is (or was) master even of the Canton Soviet. His word is la: it is also the word of the Third International of which body, not of the Russian Soviet Government Borodin is the agent. Borodin will stick at nothing in suppressing all opposition to himself and his programme. Any move by any of the member of the Soviet to suppress the truculence of Labour would be merely suicidal.
