The Chinese Kuomintang, all| U1 Labour Unions and Agricultural | TO unions are either directly or in- 5 directly participating in the National C Revolution. The people of the b country will soon convoke a National

Conference at which a proclamation, F will be issued declaring that all unequal treaties are cancelled. Whosoever opposca this proclama- tion is our public enemy. In this struggle for liberty not only are our Chinese people fighting against their enemy, but also there are some millions of proletarians in Europe, who are always ready to render us material help. In Soviet Russia I have noticed that ali peasants, soldiers and workers understand that Qur National Revolution is a part of the World Revolution. Comrades! If we wake up and fight bravely, the final victory will be ours!"
