WANG CHING-WAI'S ADDRESS TO THE SECOND KUOMINTANG CONGRESS.

Dr. Sun, upon learning, of this, became very sad at heart. The Congress stopped for two days to mourn Lenin's 'death. Dr. Sun also made a speech expressing his grief in Iregard to the death of Lenin.
