of 28th March, 1924. The sites of Elliot and Fly
Point Batteries will be placed at the disposal of the University of Hongkong on the conditions
stated in Your Excellency's letter, subject to
covering approval from the War Office as to whether
this land is to be a free gift.
I have the honour to enclose a copy of
my letter dated 14th April, 1924, to War Office on
