As our conversation in regard to the
Governorship of Hongkong took place as long
ago as last September and you may feel that
the responsibility for seeing that the matter
is not overlooked rests primarily on us, I
am writing this line, a month before the
expiry of the existing appointment, just to
let you know that the matter hes not lost ite
importance for us here.
