First meeting between respective delegates will not take place until July 4th, Chinese government are being informed that following are our agenda for negotiations.
1.
Examination of events of May 30th.
2.
Examination of causes of those events.
3.
Immediate consequences of those events.
4.
Responsibilities, sanctions and indemnities.
5.
Examination of measures calculated to
prevent repetition of events of May 30th.
Our delegates will be able to confront Chinese delegates with steps already taken by us and to demand similar measures by Chinese government to
establish their own responsibility.
