7.- The roads in Shameen shall not be used as a tho-
roughfare from bridge to bridge or from landing steps to
the City.

8. To avoid interfering with free movement of pedes-
triana, carriers of loads shall as far as possible use the
Back Bund turning to their destinations by the nearest
cross road there to and using as far as possible the West-
ern aide.
