Owing to serious outbreaks of Malaria among the Police in the New Territories it has been necessary to provide nets for all the stations.

The total compensation agreed on for the resumption of this land is $60,000. $40,000 of which is to be paid this year.

This sum is a revote of the unspent vote for 1924 approximately $7,000.00 lapsed and only $3,000.00 was included in 1925 Estimates.
