The Governor recommends the Council to vote a sum of Six thousand five hundred Dollars ($6,500) on account of the vote Public Works, Extraordinary, New Territories, Drainage, Training Nullahs :-Untrained portion of the Nullah on Crown Land which divides the "Rampart", Taipo, and the P. W. D. Bunga- low.
