Power to obtain photograph of member of any Society.
Power to Regis- trar to refuse to register officer of society.

Publication, inspection, and audit of accounts of societies.
(3) Every person so summoned who
-
(a) fails to attend at the time and place
specified; or
(b) fails to produce at the said time and place
all such documents; or
(c) answers untruthfully any questions put to
him by the Registrar,
shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
9.-(1) The Registrar may order that the photograph of any member of any Society shall be taken at such time and in such place and manner as the Registrar may think fit.
(2) Any member of any Society who disobeys any suck order that he shall be photographed shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars.
10. It shall be lawful for the Registrar, in the case of every society ordered to be registered under this Ordinance, to refuse, in his discretion and for any reason which he may think fit, to register any person as an officer of the society; and every such person who acts in any way as an officer of the society, after such refusal of registration as aforesaid, shall be deemed to have contravened a provision of thia Ordinance.
11. It shall be lawful for the Registrar, in the case of every society ordered to be registered under this Ordinance, to require the said society to publish in such manner and to such extent as he shall;
think fit the accounts and balance sheets of the
said society, and to have the same inspected and
audited by such person or persons as he shall think fit.
