Mindanao-South Coast-New Buoys Established.
The following buoys have been established in Port Sibulan, south coast of Mindanao : A second class black can buoy, marking the south-eastern edge of Arayat Shoal, off Olutanga Island. Moored in 71⁄2 fathoms of water, coral bottom.

A third class red nun buoy, marking the southern part of Middle Reef, entrance to Port Sibulan. Moored in 6 fathoms of water, coral bottom.

East tangent Letayen Island to East tangent Sibulan Island... 46° 20′ 00′′ Tangout Taguisian Point to East tangent Sibulan Island ......122° 50′ 00′′
Luzon-South Coast--Sorsogon Bay Casiguran Light-Additional Information.
The fixed red light, small lens lantern, in front of Casiguran Church is 33 ft. high above ground and 65 ft. above mean high water, visible over an arc of 151° from S 68° W to S 83° E. See Notice to Mariners No. 687, dated March 16, 1925.
Mindanao-South Coast--Little Santa Cruz Light-Characteristic Restored.
The light on Little Santa Cruz Island about 2 miles southwest of Zamboanga, Mindanao, which was reported as fixed white in Notice to Mariners No. 689, dated April 22, 1925, has been restored to its normal condition. See No. 103, List of Lights, etc., 1924.
Samar-Northeast Coast-Batag Light-Characteristic Impaired.
Due to a defect in the mechanism caused by the recent earthquake, the characteristic of the Third Order Flashing White Light on the highest part of Batag Island, is now impaired. It will be restored to its normal condition as soon as practicable and proper notice will then be issued. See No. 82, List of Lights, etc., 1924.
