With reference to the letter
from this Department of the 1st of May
I am etc. to transmit to you the adcg.
copies of two further despatches from
Governor of Hong Kong, with their
enclosures, in regard to the develop
of the Harbour in that Colony.

You should inform Messrs.
Coode, Fitzmaurice, Wilson & Mitchel
that (as stated in para. 13 of the Gov!:
despatch No.282 of the 7th of July) the
Governor has now concurred in the pro-
posal that the sum of £2,860, from the
charge of £6,860 for professional
services rendered between May 1920
