At a meeting held at St. Paul's College, Bishop's House, on Tuesday, June 9th 1925, the Memorandum submitted by yourself to the Governor in Council together with your covering letter of June 5th 1925, were fully considered by the German Mission Trustees.

The following decisions were arrived at:-

1: The Trustees fully concurred with paragraphs 5 (a),

(b), (0), 6, 7, and 8 of the Memorandum with the addition of the clause approved in year cover ing

letter with reference to the large house in Bonham Read at present occupied by Ying Wah College.

On their present information, and in the light of Mr.

J. H. Oldham's letters of the 18th September 1924 to the Under Secretary of State, The Colonial Office, Londen, and to the Kard. H. Copley Meyle, Acting Secretary of the German Mission Trustees, in which

Mr. Oldham states:-

"The Basel Society desire to resume work in

"Hongkong and to apply to the Trustees for the "ase of their property for this purpose.'
