In case there may be other
errors which have escaped detection, I
am requesting the High Commissioner for
the Malay States to cause the tables to
be care fully checked again locally and to
inform you of the result. The Hongkong
edition should then be checked against
the amended Federated Malay States edition
and the necessary steps should be taken to
amend any errors in the HongKong tables.

4 I take this opportunity of
enquiring how the matter of the
compilation of the Schedules which will
be required by Mr Young for the re-
computation of the pensions, is progressing.
I should also he glad to be supplied with
copies of the Hong Kong 8% tables, together
