Arrangements made for issue of coastal wireless
operator certificates of competency to British subjects including Chinese on ships registered in Hong Kong and trading between far eastern ports only. Copy(ies) being sent by mail. China Navigation Company Limited ask that such operators be licensed for ships registered in the United Kingdom trade within same limits. Will Postmaster General accept such certificates under rule eleven Merchant Shipping Wireless Telegraph Rules 1920 I recommend grant of
request.
