TELEBRARKIC ADDRESS, "LIMACEOUS LONDON.

Sir,

re ARTHUR WILLIAM GRANT

ico 33337/23

We are acting for Mr Arthur Willig Grant late of

91 Lexham Gardens, London, S.W. who was adjudged Bankrupt on the

6th June 1923.

We made application to the Court on his behalf for an

Order annulling the Bankruptcy on the ground that all his debts

have been paid in full, and an order was made on the 27th

February 1924 annulling the order of adjudication, rescinding

the Receiving Order and dismissing the Petition.

We understand that kr Grant was in receipt of a pension

of about 2209 a year from your Department and that this was

suspended owing to the Bankruptcy of ar Grant,

As the Bankruptcy is now annulled, we shall be much

obliged if you will inform us whether the Fension may not be res-

to red, and arrears, if any are payable, paid over to ir Grant.

We enclose herewith a copy of the Order of 27th February

1924, which will be gazetted in due course,

We are Sir,

Yours obediently как

The Under Secretary of State,

Golonial Office..
