Notes of a meeting held on the 10th of July
1924, between representatives of the Colonial Office,
Foreign Office, Admiralty, Board of Trade, the
Government of Hong Kong and representatives of the
Imperial Merchant Service Guild, The Marine Engineers
Association, and the China Coast Navigating and
Engineer Officers Guilds, to discuss measures for
