With reference to your letter of the 17th of April
Last on the subject of the Post Office building at
Shanghai, I am directed by the Postmaster General to
inform you that an agreement was reached between H.,
Office of Works, and the Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong,
for the sale of the premises for dollars 79680.95
including interest to the 30th instant.
