The Director of Military Operations and Intelligence presents his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies and begs to acknowledge the receipt of his coʻmunication of the 28th February, 1924, relative to the British Southern and Western Bound:ries of Hong Kong and the Leased territorities.
In view of the revision of the 2-inch and 8-inch maps of Hong Kong which is now taking place, Major-General Sir J.T. Burnett-Stuart would be glad if a copy of Ordnance 31 of 1911, referred to in Sir James Masterton Smith's letter, or extracts
from it regarding the Northern and Eastern Boundaries of British Territories could be supplied.
