The question of the publication of the reports was also discussed. The Govermar of the Straits Settlements had been pressing for permission to publish the Falayan report.
It was however decided that nothing should be done until the general question had been submitted to the Cabinet.
It was arranged that points that had emerged from the Conference should be inderporated in a joint memorandum from the Home Office and the Colonial Office, for consideration by the Cabinet.
