Each of the High Contracting Partios widertakes to constitute or to desigrate an authority whous task it shall be to centralise all infomation on trade with foign countries, carried out in contravention of Articles 5, 4 and 5 of the proscut Convention; this authority shall be permitted to correspond `dézoetly with the corresponding offices onstituted in the countrice of the rospective echtracting partios,
A list of these authorities shall be publlabod periodically by the Secretasy-General of the League of Nations.
