These persons shall be responsible to the Government of the country in which the products are warehoused for any importa- tion of these products Into, or exportation from the territory of
the acid country.
With this object in view products introduced into the rational territory shall be subject to the provisions of Article 5 of the present Convention and products exported shell be subject to the provisions of Articlo 4.
In order to ensure the carrying out of the presont brviele
