Being desirous of introducing further and more effective
measures for the control of the traffic in cocaine
Have decided to conclude a convention for that purpose and
have nominated as their plenipotentiaries
The President of the Republic of Austria
His Majesty the King of the Belgians
Who having communicated their full powers found in good and
true form have AGREED AS FOLLOWS:-
