E-5-9-1. Plarit–Under this head should be charged all costs for repairing and maintaining machinery, instruments, livestock, camp equipage, trollies, launches, and boats, and appliances of all kinds required for the Engineering Department or
Engineers' Workshops. Also the cost of mainten-
ance of all Electrical Plant at power houses not forming part of the Central Mechanical Works when not treated as an Auxiliary Operation.
