The firm is to be called Tin Shing Chong, the head office will be located at Kwong Chow Wan, the branch office will located
at Hongkong.

The firm will appoint Chan Pik Hon to be the General Manager at Kwong Chow Wan for the purpose of purchasing goods, Cheng Yuk Lum
will be appointed Assistant Manager in Hongkong and commissioned to
sell the goods of the firm. Lam Chak Yu will be an assistant and aid
