Mr. A. A. Mortimore, Hon. Scretary of the C. E. E. S.
at Hongkong, states that after obtaining the views of others more closely in touch with the circumstances, he is able
to say that the new law prohibiting child slavery in Hongkong is giving every satisfaction, and is undoubtedly having the
