AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE HONGKONG
AND SHANGHAI BANK ORDINANCE, 1866.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-
1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Hongkong & Shanghai Bank Amendment Ordinance 192
(2) The Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Ordi- ance 1866 hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance, and the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Amendment Ordinance 1914 and the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Amendment Ordinance 1922 and this Ordinance, may be cited together as the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Ordinances 1866 to 192
2. Sec.13 of the principal Ordinance as amended by the Hongkong and Shanghai Bank Amendment Ordinancs 1922 is amended as follows:-
(&) "30.000.000 dollars" is substituted før "20.000.000" in line 5 of subsection 1 thereof.
(b) "the sum of 23,333,335 dollars" is substituted for "two thirde of the said amount of 20,000,000 dollare" in lines eleven and twelve of subsection 8 thereof.
(a) "30,000,000 dollars" is substituted for "20,000,000 dollars" in line ten of subsection 3 thereof.
3. The following subsection shall be added to section 13 of the principal Ordinance after subsection 4 thereof.
