Counsel advises that some Official from the Colonial Office should be asked to attend the hearing and prove the validity of the Marriage.

I am trying to get the hearing fixed for the 17th inst.; May I hear from you that you will send your representative to do what is necessary in the case? If so, please let me have his name and address, and I will then keep him informed as to the time of the Action.
