I am sure therefore that the general discussion upon this question will be of grunt interest and that it will porha 18 reveal many different points of view.

Expresses its deep appreciation of the very valuable work done by the Advisory Committee on the Traffic in pium and other dangerous drugs,
Adopte its reports and resolutions and asks the Council to take the necessary steps to put thuse resolutions into effect."T
