e have before us to-day the report of the „dvisory Committee on Traffic in Opium, or, to os more correct, the reports of two belsions held by this Committuu, one in Junuary (100.0.57...91), the other in May this year (Doc. 2.13). The first session was an extraordinary one, called
by the Council in accordance with u resolution by the vmbly, the escond was the ordinary annual muuting of the „dvisory
Committee.
