a Report of the Committee of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong on the Venereal Disease situation in Hong Kong. This Report is immensely interesting. You told me at the time it was a confidential document and I am not sure if I am at liberty to place it before my Committee.
If I may do so I should like to delay writing to you on several points that arise out of it until after their meeting next week.
