One English and History Mistress
With reference to Sir Gilbert Grindle's letters of
the 21st November 1922 (No. 6257622)
2) and 26th May last
(24099/23), I am directed to state that the Selection
Committee have decided to recommend Kiss Kathleen H. Anderson
and Miss R.M.Graveson for appointment as Kindergarten Mis-
tresses and Miss Winifred A.Galbraith for appointment as
English and History Mistress in the Hong Kong Education
Department.
Particulars of these candidates' qualifica-
tions and experience will be found in the attached papers,
#r. R.E.0.Bird was a member of the Selection Committee
on this occasion.
I am to add that the Selection Committee are unable
at present to make recommendations for the four remaining
posts for Kindergarten Mistresses but a further effort will
be made to find suitable candidates during September.
