oncerned, They approve the arrangements proposed,
iz. that the Judge of His Majesty's Supreme Court
t Shanghai, when visiting Hong Kong as a Judge of
the Appeal Court there, should receive a yearly non-
ensionable allowance of two hundred and fifty pounds
together with actual travelling expenses and a sub-
istence allowance of fifteen dollars a day.
Their Lordships consider, however, that the
mount of the non-pensionable allowance to be paid to
he Chief Justice for Hong Kong or the Lawyer who
eputises for him should be subject to reconsideration
in three years' time, having regard to the number of
jorking days which are found to be required for each
the two annual sessions.
They also consider that the arrangements
hould be subject to review on the occurrence of a
acancy in the post of Chief Justice of Hong Kong,
r of the Judge of the Supreme Court for China. I
