Custom and practice at Singapore in the year 1894.

3. That Tan Ang Yong died at Amay on the 23rd day of

August 1907 and that Administration of his Estate was

granted by His Majesty's Court at Amoy to my attorney

Tan Cheong Leng on my behalf as the lawful widow of Tan

Eng Yong on the 23rd day of September 1907, and that his

death was reggstered in the Register Book of Deaths kept

at the British Consulate at Aney on the 4th day of Sep-

tember 1907, as 20. 250.

4. That Tan Lu tok is the son of myself and Tan Eng Yong

born in wedlook at Amoy on the 10th day of August 1904.

5. That Tan Lu Tek is the only surviving child of my self

and Tan Sag Yenç,

6. That before his death Tan ng Yong expressed his in-

tention of having the birth of his son Tan Lu Tek re-

gistered in the Register book of Births kept in the

British Consulate at Amy; but that he died before his

intention was executed,

7. That I make this solemn declaration conscientiously

believing the same to be true and by virtue of the

Statutory Declarations Aot, 1835.
