the arrangements should be subject to review on the occurrence of a vacancy in the post of Chief Justice of Hongkong, or of

Their Lordships the Judge of the Supreme Court for China.

suggest that future holders of these poste might well be required to act as members of the Full Courts at Shanghai

and Hongkong respectively as part of their normal duties.

suggestion put forward by Their Lordships, so far as it

affecte the Chief Justice at Hongkong.
