SHOULD any dispute arise between the said CHEUNG U PUI YEE KENG CHAN and DORA ELLIS or any of them as to whether they should have the use and enjoyment of the said premises or receive the rents ami profits such dispute shall be referred to my Trustes whose decision shall be final and binding in the matter and shall be accepted by the said Cheung U Pui, Yee Keng Chan and Dora Ellis or such of them as shall be parties to the dispute should the said Cheung U Fui, Yee Keng Chan and ora Pilis or any of them refuse to be bound by such decision the party or parties refusing to be bound by such decision shall forfeit all and any benefit derived under this Codicil AND after the death of the said Cheung U lui, ee Keng Chan and Dora Ellis I DECLARE that the said premises shell sink into and form part of my Residuary estate AND I BEQUATII to the said Leung Fung Kam auring the remainder of her life an annuity of Two thousand fo hundred Dollars to be paid to her from the time of death by equal monthly payments of Two humired Dolls free from legacy duty IN WITNESS whereof I the said Sir Ellis Kadoorie have hereunto set my hand tids Twenty eighth day of April Cne thous and nine hundr
