I, BIR ELLIS KADOORIE, Knight of Victoria in the Colony of Hongkong Merchant hereby DECLARE this to be a Codicil to my 111 bearing date the Iwenty eighth day of April One thousand nine hundred and twenty one I BEQUEATH to the Honourable #r. Lau Chu Fak of Victoria Hongkong Merchant (hereinafter called "my Trustees") all that piece or parcel of ground situate at Victoria in the Volony of Hongkong and registered in the Land Office as Section 0 of Inland Lot Number One hundred and sixteen Together with the Messuage and Buildings thereon known at the date hereof as lumber One Staunton Street UPON TRUST to permit LEUNG FUNG KAM (whose name in Chinese characters is
