(e) An annuity of One hundred and fifty dollars per
annum to be distribut as 4ucational Prizes amongst Schools in Hongkong in such mammer as my frustees shall think fit. (1) An annuity of One hundred Pounds per annum to be divided into Ten Endowments and to be dia. tributed amongst any Ten Christian Hospitals and/or Christian Charitable Institutions in Anglanu to be selected by my Trustees. Arustees.
I request that all payments of the above annuities
be made in the name of Sir ¿llis Kadoorie.
3. I devise and bequeath all my real estate of every tenure ani all my personal estate anu effects whatso- ever and wheresoever not hereby or by any Dodicil or Codicils hereto otherwise disposed of unto and to the use of my irustees their heire executors and adminis- trators respectively according to the nature thereof and I direct my frustees subject as hereinafter stated to sell call in collect and convert into money all such parts of my said real and personal estate and premises as shall not consist of investments of the nature hereinafter authorised at such time or times and in such manner as they shall think fit (but as to reversionary property not until it falls into posses- sion unless it shall appear to my frustees that an earlier sale would be beneficial).
