I have the honour to report that I am in receipt of a notification from the solicitor to the Executors at Thanghai of the will of the late dir Kilis Kadoorje of lengkong regarding the bequest by the deceased of one third of his residuaTY estate to lids Majesty's Government for the purpose of building a school or schoola in Palestine or Mesopotamia.
Copy of the solicitor's letter enclosing copy of the will is transmitted herewith and I have the honour to ask for instructions as to the reply to be re- turned by me to this communication.
In the event of His Majesty's Government deciding to accept the bequest, I have the honour to recommend that authority may be given to the person appointi te represent the. here in the matter to join with the other interested parties in consenting to the giving effect by the executors to the promise made by Sir Ellis Kodoorie to defray haif the cont of the construction of an
