to contribute to the Hong Kong Widows' and Orphans'
Pension Fund, I have the hon ur to state that we
propose to add the following clause to the standard
forms of agreement (Class 1 and Class II) which were
forwarded with your letter of the 4th. September,
No. 34406/22;-
Contributions under Widows' & Orphans' Pension Fund
The person engaged will be required to contribute 4% of his salary towards, the Hong Kong Widors & Orphans Pension Fund.
2. We shall be glad t. know whether the Secretary
of State approves of this action.
