Overseers for the Hong Kong Public Works Department.
When we have selected Second Class
Overseers for this service, the Colony has always
allowed conveyance allowance $15 a month, but no
mention of this is made in the paper of particulars wes
gent Home. Does this apply, please? Also in
the case of the man required in accordance with
your letter of the 29th. January, No. 3930/24.
