13. That your Petitioner has taken unto himself another
concubine whose name is Helen Lee and that a son was born to
him of his said concubine and such son is now of the age of
one year and upwards.
Such son whose name is Li Kwok Hung otherwise known as
Charlie Lee was born on the 6th day of October 1922 and is
living with your Petitioner and his Mother at No.41 Austin !
Road, Kowloon, aforesaid.
14. That your Petitioner's wife and concubines are Chinese subjects.
15. That your Petitioner's Father whose name was Li Yick Chi was a Chinese subject.

That your Petitioner's Mother whose name is Li Leung Shi and who was the second wife of your Petitioner's Father is a Chinese subject,
17. That your Petitioner's Father the said Li Yick Chi was during the year 1893 a member of the Committee of the Po
Leung Kuk.
18. That your Petitioner was for the year 1922 to 1923 a member of the Committee of the Tung Wah Hospital.

That your Petitioner is for the current year a member of the Committee of the Po Leung Kuk.
Your Petitioner therefore
humbly prays that your Excellency
will take the above facts into
consideration and will be
graciously pleased to grant to
him and to his sons the said
Li Kwok Ying other wise known
as George Lee and Li Kwok Hung otherwise known as Charlie Lee
a Certificate of Naturalisation under the British Nationality
and Status of Aliens Acts 1914
to 1922.
