I have the honour to report that I have
granted Inspector C. W. Ward of the Sanitary Department, Hongkong, a pension at the rate of £144. Os. Od. per annum with effect from the 24th December, 1923,
Inspector Tard proposes to remain in the
Colony and will draw his pension locally.
