enclosure which we have received from the Government of Hong Kong to the effect that Dr. J. F. C. Johnson, Principal Civil Medical Officer in that Colony, is -retiring on pension, We also forward in original
for return, an incomplete pensions certificate which we received with their letter. also appears to be eligible for a pension in respect
of his services in East Africa.
