With reference to your letter of the 12th
October, 1922, I am directed to inform you that this Government can make no prediction as to the success of the application of Mr. W. G. Erwin for naturalisation and before submitting the case to the Secretary of State for the Colonies it will be necessary for Mr. Erwin to supply the usual Hemorial and Statutory Declarations required by the regulations.
