I, CHARLES ANDREW LUTTON, of No.105 Walcnai Roau,
Victoria in the Colony of nang Kalo, master Mariner, uo
solemnly and sincerely declare anu say as follows :-
1. I am a Housenolder in Victoria aforesaiu and am a
natural born British Subject and am able to and do testify
to the facts hereinafter set forth from my own personal
knowledge thereof.
2. I personally know and am well acquainted with Walter
Gutarie Erwin wno resides when not absent from Hong Kong in
the course of his occupation as Snips' Officer at No.50 Praya
East Victoria aforesaid, My knowledge of and acquaintance
with the said Walter Guthrie Erwin extends over a period of
at least six years,
